• DoorDash orderBreaktime Tea (SJ location) fans, This was my first time trying the Teriyaki Salmon on Rice + Roasted Oolong Milk Tea ! They did not disappoint. The tea was spot on and right ratio of sweet + pudding was added. The Teriyaki Salmon on Rice . was a fairly large portion for the price and tasty. Surprised, because most budget eateries do not do that well with salmon items. Thank you, Breaktime Tea SJ staff + managment : Please keep up the consistency + quality of your items.

Quality ingredients, and care is put into everything I've ordered from this location in person, for curb-side pick up, and even delivery. Most importantly, the staff at this location is : kind, friendly, and will work with you if you need help with an order.
Breaktime Tea management, please give your staff their roses + thank you for running a friendly and professional store! It makes all the difference, and I will return when I need a Breaktime Tea treat(s)!
This order highlights: The Takoyaki i portion was generous , plus crispy on outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. My Rose Green Milk Tea was prepared just as I requested! And the Matcha Swiss Roll Cake (2pcs) has a good balance of sweet with matcha power, including in the cream filling.

• DoorDash orderBreaktime Tea (SJ location) Fans & Breaktime Tea Mangement,, I don't know what is up, but the quality of your Takoyaki and Rose Green Milk Tea has gone downhill for delivery. I have never had this happen when I do curbside pick up/and or stop by your shop. However, it is now a pattern, and not a reflection of what I am used to from your location.
First time this happened,I knew it might be an error, hey I get it *motions at state of world*, but now it's a pattern. I've even talked to your staff, and mentioned it , and was assured you would all look in to this. As a frequent customer for this location, I would love to get what I ordered, and not Takoyaki with a few seafood chunks and Milk Tea with none or a tiny chunk of a topping I ordered. For this order, barely any seafood items in the Takoyaki , and a tiny bit of pudding "topping." This is the third time in less than a month, and now I'm a little apprehensive about not dropping by/and or doing curbside (which is not always convenient).
Breaktime Tea Fans, be aware. Breaktime Tea management, please fix this problem. Perhaps you need more staff/and or at the minimum alert your staff? Because, letting this happen to any customer, let alone your frequent customers is *NOT* okay. Hoping y'all fix this soon.
