Everything from the papaya salad (PHENOMENAL FLAVOR ) to the pad Thai to the 13. Tom Kha Kai / Coconut Chicken Soup is sensational. My only complaint is an order of Tom Kha soup (my favorite) is really small for $16. You get one of those medium short tubs of the soup and a small plastic box of rice. If you use all the rice, you lose the soup consistency sadly and it's just expensive wet rice with some veggies and meat. After taxes and tip it's almost $30 for a small soup. May as well get Pho down the street for the same price but 4xs as much food.

This is not the quality or ingredient potion we are used to from Brina. Tiny serving of beef and broccoli. Giblets of tofu in my noodles. We basically paid $49 for almost vegetarian entrees. And I think the sauce on both was the same. Dumplings ok.
Overall Very disappointed, I could have made better at home. We liked their new brick and mortar restaurant a few months ago and when we saw the food truck having some of those same dishes we were eager to try tonight. Big mistake. Cutting corners.

6. Green Curry1. Spring Rolls
the green curry paste wasn't even mixed in. there were clumps of the green curry paste stuck to my chicken and veggies. everything was very salty. overall I'm pretty unimpressed with the Thai food in hot springs
