The Fresh Spinach, Mushroom, and Jack Cheese Omelette was excellent. If you like mushrooms, this is for you. They don't skimp on the mushrooms.
The Homemade Chili or Soup Chicken Tortilla soup is packed full of shredded chicken. I had to have a taste before adding everything and it's pretty darn good. The biggest issue, the cheese melted in the container. We didn't know what it was, it was solid. I can't wait for lunch tomorrow.
The Hamburger with Choice of Side was actually pretty good. I like the char on it. I added cheddar and that's what you get, with a bun. Sometimes, just a plain (I added catsup) burger is really good. Since I have a small appetite, it was perfect for me.

This was not good. Burnt red potatoes. Soggy bacon. Portion was a joke for $20 for eggs, bacon and potatoes. Nothing was seasoned.

the potatoes were plain. no seasoning or anything. added a side of bacon and got 1 pc. paid $19-25 for each dish and it's just garbage for what I paid. better off going to ihop

I have had the Grilled Salmon Walnut Salad several times and it is the best salmon in Sacramento. Cooked to perfection.

Excellent!! You can never go wrong, when you order from Brookfields! A Family restaurant that has been here for a long, time. There are pictures next to the hostess stand, that tells their story. All of the staff are fantastic, they know, what good customer service is their always smiling! and Last but not least, don't even get me started! The carrot cake, yum! Their very large cookies, and pies (FYI made on the premise, so you could honestly say homemade!) A very big fan of the restaurant. And the menu breakfast, lunch and dinner available all day!! It is you have to try, it! Dress code casual! Enjoy, they have have a patio, also!! Bye
