I've commented aboutBrothers great ribs on other review.boards but not here on Dash until now.
Here in Centennial they are my go to for their excellent ribs with several sauce options which I have tried them all. I'd like to tell you one sauce is the best but they are all terrific.
as to the meat it is always perfectly prepared. Their process and recipe makes a very well prepared meal..
I've also had the chicken which is also good but in my belly I am a ribs guy and when you find one as good as these you keep coming back for more.
also if you have a spoiled dog who stares at you with sad eyes you can give him the bones and he's content..

Burnt ends are usually amazing from here, but this time around they were pink in the middle and squishy. I like them burnt. I noticed it's a hit or miss with these but when theyre actually burnt, they're amazing.

Cafeteria food quality, go to king soopers buy your own brisket and it will taste a million times better than this and cheaper. I did like the fires, other than that it's insanely mediocre.

Great as always, fall off the bone tender ribs, very good shredded beef and sliced hot links. Thier beans and Cole slaw is great too.
If you are hungry, get the game pack ! It will feed three easily with left overs for snacking later.
The banana pudding, OOOOOO WWWHHHEEEE !!!!

The burnt ends were very tender. The cornbread is a 10. The beans has such a good amount of meat every bite was hearty. The Carolina mustard and the tangy sauce are out of this world!!! Highly recommend this place!
