I order my sandwich on a Asiago parmesan bagel and was given a plain bagel. I called the store several times but they did not answer the phone. I paid extra for that specific bagel. Bad customer service

They usually are on point but today I tried to order the Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels but they were missing the Jalapeños, and the placement of the cheddar was careless.
