The best breakfast around . I love their coffee and the western bagel is not too big and not too small. Its a perfect mix of egg ham bacon bel pepper cheese on a cheese jalapeno bagel. Mmmmmmm good l

excellent bagels. The sandwiches are toasty, toasty, and use high quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend it to someone wanting to shake up their breakfast routine. HOWEVER, they forgot the cream cheese on my most recent order of a Brisket and Egg sandwich, which is a key component of its flavor profile. That was only once though.

Coffee is extremely burnt and bitter and only comes with Splenda and diner style creamer cups on the side, and the "sun dried" tomato spread on the Herby Turkey is just bad marinara sauce. Food quality is just not great overall for price.

Received the wrong bagels and the $3 cream cheese is only enough for one bagel... i have 6 bagels that needed cream cheese.

Always satisfied with Bruegger's Bagels and their service. My family usually orders the big box and is an awesome deal!
This recent order, however, we were missing both the cream cheese as well as the cookies. I can't speak on what happened to the items; but I would recommend using "safety seals or stickers" on the boxes.
