My favorite bagel place ever. Food is always great, tasty, and fresh. My only criticism is that I wish I could customize the bagels (ie. add tomato, onion, substitute a bagel variety, etc.) I love you Bruggers!

I don't know why I keep ordering from here when the food is always a disappointment. Cold. Flat. Squished. Smooshed. Never looks close to how it's supposed to. Pictures are amazing. Food is terrible.

Second time they messd up the cream cheese- last time they completely forgot the tubs of cream cheese and I had to send my coworker to pick them up. This time; they send the wrong kind. I will not order again from this store .
