• DoorDash orderI almost decided not to order when I saw that their rating went down significantly since my last order. I went ahead and ordered based on my past experience, but unfortunately my experience this time was much like what others have noted as of lately. An item was missing from my order, the pancakes were dry and dark, the grits were not nearly as creamy as they had been in the past (thick, coarse) and they were almost too salty. I wonder what happened here? Change in cooks ? I'm not taking another chance here. The worst thing that can happen is ordering DD and not getting all of your food. Sure, DD customer service is prompt and efficient, but you still don't have your food. Not cool.
