The quality of the ice cream itself is good, but they absolutely cannot be trusted to exercise basic judgment where the packaging is concerned. If you order a large cup, the contents WILL be smashed into the smallest container available. Like, why did I order whipped cream a cherry and syrup when its just going to be mashed into the cup, oozing out the lid, and smeared all over the outside. I'm willing to pay a couple bucks if it means getting ice cream that hasn't been stomped into the cup.
