The food was really good i think my only suggestion would to make the Alfredo sauce a little thicker to coat the noodles and give the seasoning something to stick to. Other than that the shrimp, sausage and vegetable were great.

The Mac n cheese is a little too oily. The bag the Mac n cheese came in was full of grease at the bottom. The collard green are seasoned , not bad. The Blackened Salmon over rice and Two Sides over rice is ok. Wish there was more rice giving with salmon. Overall it's a 3.5.

Catfish and Two Sides very good flavorful the sides were not plentiful but goodJambalaya Roll my sauce was missing and I thought it would be two based on the picture but it's OK thank you
