The black and white fudge cake slice and red velvet cake slice were prepackaged like they came from a vending machine and tasted like they have been on shelf for awhile. It was definitely not fresh baked cake or at least same day cake from the bakery. Also, the frosting was so thick and cake was dry on both slices. I was disappointed especially for almost $10 per slice.

I did not receive the black and white fudge cake I ordered, rather for something that was all chocolate. Unfortunately, there wasn't much chocolate flavor and I was pretty disappointed with the experience.

When they're out of a flavor they will simply select another for you instead of contacting. But the cake shows up frozen and tastes good when at room temp.

I'm a fan of the cakes from Carlos Bakery. Decided to try an off the strip location and it was meh. The cakes were partly frozen. Very disappointing.
