food was cold, the Hand-Breaded Tenders were dry pathetic shriveled nothings. the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich had tomato after i requested it removed and it wasn't even good tomato it was green, i ordered fries and they ignored that. the only thing that was correct was the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap

I selected two flavors yet they only included one. The sauce didn't taste at all like a buffalo wing. They didn't include the ranch dressing I added nor any ketchup. Will never order from them again.

Hatch Queso was good. Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie never got it. Fries never received either and Boneless Wings were very dry.

every time I've ordered from here it always takes so long and always arrives cold. on top of that my cookie was over a month expired
