This place makes great burgers, and in fact, I've not had anything from there that wasn't absolutely amazing. The problem comes in making sure the orders are done accurately. Each time I've ordered the cheesecake, it's been different, either there's been no caramel, the caramel is on the side in a cup, or drizzled on top. The burgers come with items on it that I've specifically asked not to have, sauces I've bought, don't get included. So it's more that this place needs to pay better attention to fulfilling orders as they have been placed. There is no doubt or question that the food itself is fantastic and, to be complexly honest, even worth the aggravation of a messed up order.

First, they gave my $70 order to someone else. Second, they made me wait another 40 minutes for their mistake. Third, they forgot my fries. Fourth and last, they are extremely overpriced. An order of fried pickles is $10.79, and you get maybe 12 slices.

The food is good, but the service is lacking. I ordered 5 strips and got 4 (the other option was 3 strips...why they decided to go in between those two amounts is beyond me). I ordered sauce with the strips and didn't receive any. In addition to all of that, I got mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are $10. I received 4 of them. That's $2.50 per stick. They were meh/10. Definitely not worth it.
But hey, 2 stars because the tenders and fries were tasty.

Our wings were overcooked, and over sauced. The guacamole was sour and brown (I believe the avocados used were rotten), and the queso was burned. The lettuce within our side salads was slimy and not edible. Unfortunately, the entire meal was awful, and we were unable to finish it.

I ordered a hamburger fries and wings.
Hamburgers were burnt, and overcooked cheese looked like it was under the headlamp for a year. The wings were mediocre and an extra charge for dipping sauce. Will not order again.
