Charge for ranch was ridiculous when they give with free with the wrap on site but not for delivery. Ranch container size wasn't worth the price. Food is great as always though.

The food was delicious and we usually always enjoy BW3s!
This time however there seemed to be a little confusion regarding whether or not fries came with the All American Burger we ordered.
From the description it seems like fries should be part of the meal and yet there were no options for them when we ordered the burger, I would just like things to be more clear when it comes to descriptions about the meal options.
After all if someone orders a burger and fries then that's what they pay for and not just a burger.
The cheese steaks were very good and I hope they'll be a part of the menu for a long time!

did not receive diet Pepsi which I paid $3.50 for, already ridiculous price for a 20 oz pop and to then not receive it really is annoying.
