If you want a wrap with everything on it (lettuce, cheese, tomato), make sure you hit remove on those items. If you don't click remove, they remove them anyway. I ordered a regular Crispy Classic Chicken Wrap. I wanted everything that came on it so I didn't click to remove anything yet when when it arrived, they had removed everything so it was just chicken and tortilla. Very disappointed because this keeps happening.
