More times than not BWWs forgets something from the order. It is usually a small side or sauce. Once it was chili. This time it was a large ranch. Many times the ranch is missing. The food tastes good. It is just that items are mising almost every time. With fees and additional charges it is most disappointingto pay 1.99 fr extra ranch and not get it plus ruining the whole experience of the meal when you plan for it.

no carrots or celery in either wing order, side of onion rings missing. Burger looks like it's been through something. very disappointed.

I loved all my food! The only thing was that my husband ordered Original Buffalo sauce, but it didn't look like any sauce was on his wings. Maybe a dry rub? My husband was satisfied anyway.
