Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich was good like always but the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad had bits of chicken in it like the smallest of strips I've ever seen. not sure how to even think this qualifies as a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad.

Quest was literally cold from the fridge, had never been heated. 4 of the 10 boneless wings were nothing but small bits of crispy batter, no chicken at all . The sides of ranch dressing, which you pay an exhorbitant price for were barely a 1/4 full. Absolutely disgraceful.

Nachos were a complete waste of money. Don't even bother as there's sauce on only half and soggy. Chicken wrap was a let down. Kids cheeseburgers were the best part of the meal. Plus this restaurant always forgets something. Luckily last time it was just a side of ranch and this time queso. Last time ordering.

While I understand supply chain challenges, the size of a "large" fry is pitiful for almost $6, and we ordered and paid for extra blue cheese and didn't get it. Wings were cold and barely sauced. Really disappointing, considering this was almost $70 worth of food. This place used to be good but clearly has gone downhill.
