Ordered Buffalo Wild Wings on Superbowl Sunday through the DoorDash app for pickup. The order was placed at approximately 3:45pm, with an estimated pick up time of 4:05pm. When I arrived for pick up (20pc bone-in, 20pc boneless, fried pickles), the DoorDash order hadn't even been processed yet, although it was "ready for pickup." Rather than being transparent, the staff tried to cover up the mistake through whispered conversations. I ultimately didn't walk out with my order, a "walk-in order" placed at 4:15pm, until 5pm. Overall, super disorganized.

Missing french fries, sauce for wings, and sauce for fried pickles. They also shorted me on 2 wings in my order. Horrible customer service
