The staff was very friendly, no complaints on them whatsoever. I waited 30 min past the estimated order time. Just to receive cold food. Also, I dont think 7 small onion rings are worth the 9 dollars that they charge. This supposedly improved pickup location experience is the same as the pickup experience at the full service restaurant, terrible. If you want good wings and service in this town go to Mr. B's. It's cheaper, faster, hotter, and better food then Buffalo Wild Wings.

Very dry wings. I understand being delivered they won't taste as good when you sit in the restaurant but they could have made them with a little more sauce.
