Is this what Buffalo Wild wings consider $8+ worth of onion rings? How disappointing. So far I've had one of each of the Traditional Wings and not bad but I wasn't expecting them douse the wings before I got them. But they're pretty good, a little spicy but not way too spicy.

I ordered from BW3's instead of Wingstop hoping you'd give your competitors a run for their money. Instead, what happened? I have to go in and ask around to see if my order's actually ready because no on bothered to input that information. By the time I get it, it's already been sitting out, and considering the entirety of the contents were fried, that's a stupid oversight.
That's not what prompted this review. When I order anything online from a restaurant, I expect someone to get it right. Why? Because there's no music or loudly talkative guest that causes the person taking my order to mishear me. What was I greeted with when I opened my order after getting home? Blank, dry, fried chicken. Although a huge selling point for you is your sauce, for whatever reason, you felt it unnecessary to read the simplest instructions that came with the order. How do I know? You managed to put cheese on the fries but somehow stopped short at doing the rest of your job. Just slop the sauce on the chicken, man. You don't even have to toss them.
I'll never eat here again because I can't trust that the people whose responsibility it is not to screw up a printed order doesn't have selective blindness or absolute indifference to adequately performing such an easy task.
