Ultimate Nachos were terrible. Literally just tortilla chips and no toppings. Side of guacamole was also a size of a quarter for 3 dollars.

No sauce was delivered with $7 slice of cheesecake w/sauce. No soda was delivered -- another $2. All food was lukewarm at best, cheese fries had hardened into a block of greasy cheese with fries stuck in it. Mac & Cheese was $6 for a tiny, cold portion; Wedges were another $6 for a small, cold portion, Wings were $16 for what McDs charges $4 for. $70 for THIS?!? I've never felt so cheated from an online restaurant order. Aside from the dipping sauces, this was basically theft.

we always ask for extra veggie Carrot & Celery Boat s as we love them as well as most wing places just give us one or two when we order extra. we ordered 8 to counteract this. We asked for some veggies and WE GOT 17. You guys rock🫡

The boneless wings were cooked until they were nearly dry and very hard to chew. I had to spit out several bits on each wing that were too hard to chew. The BBQ ranch flavor was not tasty. The potato wedges were good but also cooked way too long. Some of them were nearly unchewable. This is a review of delivered food, not in store eating. I've eaten inside this store and it was very good.
