It's always good for me. This is the first time I had the pretzel knots and I enjoyed them. However, I don't see the reasoning behind charging nearly $5 for bottled drinks.

Food was good and the order was correct. The only issue was that BWW did not secure the bag so the driver really could have eaten some of my Regular French Fries or one of my chicken Traditional Wings (I was one short but most likely not because of the driver). I feel that it's super important that restaurants protect and secure our food if they want to continue to participate in delivery service.
