I was looking forward to ordering from here, as the majority of the reviews were great & the pictures of the food look amazing; but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again... The Beef Massaman was extremely sweet. I couldn't taste any curry, just a sickly sweetness & coconut; and after a few bites it made me feel, well, sick, so I could only eat it by picking out the meat & veg and draining the curry. I eat and cook a lot of curries, so I generally know what to expect in a curry, and was prepared for the heat & spices you get; but any spice in it was extremely overpowered by whatever sweetness was added to it, so all the spice kind of did was just add colour to the curry. The Chicken Satay wasn't any better for me. The portion size was great, but the satay tasted bland, like warm liquid unsalted peanut butter was drizzled over it, nothing else; and I don't know whether it's because I had the curry first, but I tasted a sweet undertone that just didn't sit right with me, too. I'm not one to waste food, so I offered the Chicken Satay to others in my household, but after trying some, I wasn't the only one who wasn't a fan of it, either. If you have a sweet tooth & like coconut, you will probably enjoy the food here, but if you're expecting savoury & spices, you might be better off trying somewhere else...
