Cheddar broccoli soup is really good, especially with the bread. The ravioli is a bit soupy, and isn't very flavorful. It gets five stars because all the other meals I've gotten from Buona have been really delicious!

Very little beef in the beef and cheddar croissant. The cheddar cheese in it wasn't melted. The sandwich was supposed to be dipped. it was very dry. I eat this sandwich a lot. I've NEVER had this type of sandwich be this bad. Very disappointing. Even the fries were cold.

Very good burgers. Fries are excellent because they are delivered in an open paper container and not steamed (read:soggy) when in a closed container

Everything is amazing here. I rarely go to portillos anymore because the food here has way more flavor. Best italian beef from a franchise in Chicagoland.

Normally, I like their pastas but this time my
Cheese ravioli were overcooked or recooked ~ cheese came out of the noodles . Normally wouldn't bother me but there was water or maybe oil in sauce that did not taste will. My daughter had spagett and meatballs and had the same weird sauce (looking itseperation into oil or water ~ it was about 1/2 .
