Crispy Chicken Sandwich was excellent! Chicken size exceeded the bun, came with pickles and a sauce. It was impressive 👏 Beef & Sausage Bowl was delicious and decent size. The Beef & Sausage Combo and Fries were very good. The Side Potato Salad was delicious and a generous portion. Highly recommend 👌

The best plant-based fast food that I've had so far. Kinda wanted to have a bit more of the plant-based cheese, but sometimes less is more, so I defer to the cooking crew. Not something I can afford all of the time, unfortunately. But when I can, I look forward to having this meal again!

Beef is good. Hubby had hot peppers on the beef. Enough hot peppers were on the sandwich. Mozzarella cheese was just in the middle of the sanswich. it should go across the holecsandwich

Normally, I would give 5 stars. I love everything at Buona beef. But this time, they forgot my side order of bread. And the 4 pack of Rainbow Cone ice cream cookie sandwiches were very disappointing. I've ordered them several times and they always come in a freezer bag and in good shape. This time, no freezer bag so they were starting to melt and they were haphazardly put together with no sprinkles and some inconsistent ice cream content. Realy missed the boat on quality control with this batch. Hoping the next time I order, they will be back to a consistent high quality item.

This is the second time I've had issues with my order here. The fries were undercooked and soggy. My beef was not as I requested it, and the bread was stale. Overall bad quality.
