Veggie Burger Combo was delicious. the patty is huge! I ordered the double and we had to take the extra patty off. The commitments were on the side. I appreciate that so I could put how much I want with no sog. my cake was missing so no comment... just disappointment but it was refunded.

WORST burger experience. the bread is hard as a cardboard. after adding all the add-ons its really disappointing to get a burger with just a pattie and cheese. Macdonald's is definitely better and way cheaper!!! Don't waste your money on this!!!

Burgers were great. I'll give them that. But I paid for Cajun Fries (a $1 up charge) and got cold, dead, unseasoned fries. Make sure you ask for condiments as there won't be any on your burger, but don't pay for the fancy sauce ($0.50 each) because they won't send them. Also their lemonade is mostly water. But again, great burgers. Good pretzels too! Will try again as maybe this was a fluke. Here's to hoping for better!

The Cajun seasoning on the fries was edible. Sadly, that's the highest compliment I can give. Worst burger I've ever had. The patties were obviously cooked frozen and reheated later. They were incredibly dry and tough. You can absolutely get a better burger at any fast food place.

I liked the Pretzels 3 but I made a Create Your Own Burger Combo and I have never been so disappointed. My burger was dry, overcooked, and unseasoned. Additionally I paid extra for certain toppings that I didnt get and they added stuff I can't eat... also this is just Smokey Bones.
