Incompetence. Many reviewers shared the same experience of getting the order wrong. My experience was no different. I was charged for a chocolate shake. I did not receive it. I did try to call to get it refunded, but the phone line was busy every time I called.

Getting a 2 star due to the horrible Wednesday's Whopper.
First off, Wednesday's Whopper® smells like feet! it's disgusting. It might be the purple potato but it just didn't smell right at all...
The Thing's Rings tasted like normal onion rings, just smaller. Disappointed.
Gomez's Churro Fries tastes great but would have liked if it had a surprise twist to it.
Morticia’s Kooky Chocolate Shake was absolutely delicious! No one could screw this up.
And finally, Whopper is just great on their own.
