restaurants that make orders before a dasher is assigned should be canceled from door dash! in my area it takes up to 30 minutes sometimes along with the help of support in order to find a dasher. meanwhile my food is already done, sitting there getting old and cold.., and adding to my area, is another 15 minutes to recieved once a dasher is assigned. Given the money I spend for your app, I need compensated immensely for the dozens of orders that have gone into the trash. I realize that you can't change your policies for just one customer, but you can in fact keep me as a continuous and loyal customer. Just check my history.
