The quality of the food here has honestly downgraded so much. The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard and their lettuce is always discolored and looks like shredded paper. Along with stuffing too much of this horrendous lettuce into my sandwich like it's a children's paper mache project, they always put too much mayo on my sandwich! And, you can't make specific requests through Door dash for here, so there's no way to specifically how you want your sandwich to be!
And as of today, they only filled my Soft Serve Cup HALF WAY. HALFWAY, FOR 2.29! That's ridiculous!

The fries were good and still pretty warm and fresh when they got to me. The 8 Pc. Chicken Fries were okay but were a little dry. The Royal Crispy Wrap was a little disappointing because it was smaller and practically squished flat despite having good flavor. The added bacon was a good choice that I would recommend but losing the lettuce dried it out. But, I personally just don't particularly like lettuce so that was more a personal choice and if I had some spinach I probably would added it for for greenery and added moisture. It was mostly how much smaller it was than I thought it would be because I had never had one before. I feel like I definitely would have still been hungry if I hadn't gotten the buy one, get one on the chicken fries. I would say of your hungry to get two and that would satisfy you. Also, I didn't get a straw with my drink, and it is a good thing I had a metal reusable straw that was the right size. I didn't really want to try to pour my lemonade into another cup without spilling.

I love burger king and every order i've gotten has been delicious. The problem is that every time I've ordered something has either been missing, or something was incorrect. If the correct items were given to me I would gladly give this place 5 stars.

I know someone who used to work here and he told me that they dont switch out the nuggets after the 1 hr timer goes off. And this seems very evident. The nuggets taste as if theyve been sitting out all day, dasher let me know they forgot my sauces which is also very common there (he went above and beyond and grabbed them). I would not recommend this place.
