The biscuit we received are as hard as a rock, and the hash browns are also hard and crunchy. I cannot believe I paid for something inedible like this.

I've given this Burger King multiple chances and they fail every time. They either mess up the order or don't have soft drinks. It is always an excuse with them and it is beyond pathetic.
