I ordered a Big King sandwich (stacker sauce, cheese, patties , pickels) and got some completely different burger with bbq sauce and onion rings ? And my chicken nuggets are actual rocks

I've only ordered from here twice but both times my orders were completely wrong . First time igot a whopper with onion rings on top but instead of having tomato and everything it comes with they just gave my onion rings and a patty which is not what I asked for , then instead of a milkshake I got a piece of cheesecake , I understand if they dont have the milkshake flavor I ordered but at least give me a silmilar item and I asked for a large drink and got a small
