Great, never cold food; but occasionally messes up simple burgers with only cheese and ketchup, also forgets to include utensils or cut food up if requested.

Our fries were cold and like cardboard so they could not have been fresh at pickup. We received 8 chicken fries even though we ordered the 12-piece. Drinks were leaking and sticky and no straws were provided. Worst order we've ever received.

food is good but something is wrong every time we order. something is either missing or this time all the meals came plain when they wasn't ordered that way. still edible just irritating to pay extra and not get what you ordered.
