Big Fish is normally excellent, but the bun AND the fish filet was so dry and crusty this time. Eww! Also, the fries arrived cold and stale and BK is just minutes away.

ordered two shakes. not only did they only give one but they gave the dasher an attitude when he pointed that out. the receipt clearly says two shakes.
the shakes are the only decent things they sell and the only reason I ordered their garbage food.
