Food is always fresh and tasty consistently over my last several orders. Really enjoy the Roadhouse Crispy Chicken meal.

I would love to give this BK a 5 star review but I can't. Usually they are bang on for our orders with the food getting to us the sizes we want and the temps everything is supposed to be. But today as good as everything looked and tasted they didn't fill the order completely and we couldn't upsize all of our sides. Only the fries could be upgraded and I didn't get my rather pricey churro fries with caramel dip. BK is a favourite for my family and this was really disappointing! I would like a refund for the churro fries if possible and it may be a while before we buy from this location again.

I usually love getting BK for lunch but today was not one of those days! Our food was only lukewarm and my Whopper® with Bacon and Cheese wasn't! It had no bacon or tomatoes or the mustard that I asked to have added. I asked for no onions and I got so many onions that they were coming out from under the squished bun and some pieces were even embeded in the burger itself. And there was almost no lettuce. I gave 3 stars because we enjoyed our drinks and my husband liked his Dragon Flame-Grilled Whopper® meal but I couldn't eat mine.

Food is fine, Not the best but definitely not the worst, onion rings , are not really like onion rings , it's basically diced up, everything else is quite decent although one thing that does bother me is they forgot my mozzarella sticks ,
