For the price it should arrive hot and if you order 16 chicken tenders they come in a bag that you may as well just sent them in a glass of water they sucked , Sweet Ice tea is far from SWEET!!

totally wrong drink. frozen cherry ordered got a reg soda. food was ice cold. sandwiches sloppily made. bacon double cheese only had 1 small pieces of bacon. dbl chs burger no ketchup or dressing at all. Jr where was a kids burger. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE ANS THE PHN. IT SAYS ITS A MAGICJACK PHN. WOW.

went against better judgement and decided to give this BK a chance AGAIN after 3+ years of never buying anything from there. worst customer service. never have items in stock. they gave me 1 cheeseburger when i ordered 1, a burrito, and french toast sticks. ALWAYS wrong orders. get mcdonalds instead
