We ordered the Shoom burgers we saw that the bread is toasted; un ours was not. Its on plain bread and was not tasty also not many mushroom either.

No ice in the iced teas. Did not include my mozzarella fries. So much sauce on the chicken sandwich it was inedible. DD was kind enough to credit me back the entire cost of the order, but seriously BK...do better!!
