It was good, fresh. Only thing... Theres not an option to add ketchup for fries.

Order was completely incorrect! I am highly allergic to certain dairy products. I reviewed the receipt to see if I had made the error. I did not. This is not my fault. I did not expect a refund but expected the order to be remade because they made the error. The ONLY time I request any assistance is if I cannot fix the meal so I can eat it. I cannot in this instance. I have the two burgers in question and would send them back to you or the store. I truly did expect the 2nd burger to be remade since the first order was refunded. And the 2nd order cost me more for less! Granted it was under $1, but it's the principle of the thing. Door Dash took the order and was responsible for making sure the correct items were delivered. BK was responsible for making the order correctly. Since the initial order was refunded, there is nothing to dispute. I just want my dinner.
