Probably the worst I've eaten. The bun on the bk fish sandwich was so hard I couldn't bite through some parts and the fish and lettuce were sliding out when taking a bite. The fries wreaked of old oil and ice cold. So disappointing.

This is the second time the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was not upto the mark... the chicken was overcooked/burnt, not spicy, lettuce and veggies were not fresh...potato buns had a bitter after taste

spicy crispy chicken sandwich was not as good as it usually is... lettuce is usually fresher. the patty wasnt as crunchy as it normally is

I ordered at around 12am. the onion rings and nuggets that i received were quite hard, think it was almost burnt and has a bitter taste that i ended up throwing it to the bin... so disappointed...
