Unfortunate lesson learned! Never, ever order after lunch and before dinner. My food was OLD, STALE, and COLD. The double cheeseburger was dried out. Meat and bun rock hard. I ordered this specifically for Fiery Chicken Fries. I didn't get them. Instead I received regular chicken fries that were cold, hard and stale. Very disappointing. I realize it's just fast food, but the order should be correct and fresh. Period. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Chicken fries hard as a rock, fries cold. Happens almost every time we order from here. Wont be doing so again.
