Food is always hot and good but the fries are literally never salted.

Dont care about how they package food and always miss a item or two its like they are trying harder be inconvenient then follow instructions.

The Double Whopper is always a gem.
Only concern is for the second time in just 2-days now, the Minute Maid Lemonade drink we ordered with the meal didn't come. The first time was in Las Vegas and again at home in Rochester Michigan.
Otherwise everything else was perfect and delivered just like clockwork.

We've ordered a lot from this BK and haven't had an issue until today. We ordered the bundle. While the whoppers and fries were fine, but the royal chicken wraps were absolutely awful. The wraps were barely together with sauce all over the outside and the chicken was rubbery. Only 1 wrap was partially edible and the rest were thrown away. I've gotten many wraps and they've always been good until today. The lettuce inside was turning color and it took forever to chew the chicken. Really disappointing :(
