Ordered here twice and both times they forget items

they forgot my chicken fries (main part of a meal) and the chicken nuggets for another, I asked my dasher to go back and they told me that the manager wouldn't give the items to them. I usually don't make a big deal, but this is the second time this has happened to me.

chicken nuggets I asked for zesty sauce the 4 of then doordash requires u to pick and non like always. other than that order was fine
