This is the ONLY Burger King that has never ONCE messed my order up. I always get the OG chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon only. I have a mayo allergy and just don't like lettuce (though I don't mind picking it off). More often than not it gets messed up. But this store always gets it right. It's always perfect, hot, and fresh.

As usual, the Whopper and onion rings were cold and tasted like they sat for an hour before being delivered.
On the flip side, the pie was warm and melted, when it should be ice cold.
My whopper was supposed to be minus tomato, yet there it was, and WAAAAYYYY too much mayo, so the lettuce and onion were a soggy mess.
Seriously, BK?! For the price we pay now for your food, I expect much,MUCH better. Like a HOT AND FRESH MEAL. If Max & Erma's can do it, if McDonald's can do it, if any of my Neighborhood Bars can do it, surely you can like you did 30 years ago.
Burger King sucks. I was really hoping for a fresh, hot Whopper and fresh, hot onion rings, but the only part of my order delivered hot was the Hershey pie, which was supposed to be cold.
$21 p*ssed away. Burger King sucks.

I gave the zesty sauce they gave me with the onion rings a try. It was good! I was pleasantly surprised, even more so when I found out it has horseradish(one of my top feared foods) in it. The food was still warm, not hot, and they listened to the customizations I made to my meal. Overall a great experience, the best I've probably had from a Burger King location.
