This store is consistently a trainwreck. I like BK's food, so I've given this store the chance to get it right multiple times. They nearly always fail to make the order correctly. Even when my receipt clearly shows that it was ordered right, the food is almost always missing my upcharged add-on ingredients (bacon, cheese). Additionally, ingredient quality is poor (old lettuce, ripped up tomatoes, etc.) Always looks thrown together, clearly no care paid or pride in work taken. This is obviously a management and ownership issue. Hire better. Give a damn.

I think I got the wrong order. I ordered the 2 whoppers with swiss cheese for $8.99 + $2.49 and a medium fries. I got 1 whopper no cheese swimming in mayonnaise and a large fries.

I've ordered a Whopper with swiss cheese I don't know how many times. I've yet to get swiss cheese. They need to remove it as an option, if they can't put it on a sandwich.
