Okay but they did their thing with my order ! Extra sauces and all my food made right and packed so nicely. Food is cooked just nice and placed together so neatly!

automatically got coffee with my two meals, when coke was wanted.
( may have been my fault, but didn't see anywhere to change drink)
sandwiches were flat and squished and hash brown bites containers less than half full.

this store does not allow door dashers in the lobby after a certain time. they make them go through drive through line. although my dasher was there he had to wait for my food. it was cold by the time my dasher got it from the drive through window. additionally my order was for halfsies (Onionrings/fries). no onion rings, fries cold.

I checked to add cheese and pickles and they didn't. I also chose for no sauce and put the sauce on both chicken sandwiches. and every time I order BBQ sauce from them they never give me the BBQ sauce...Royal Crispy Chicken Meal Royal Crispy Chicken BBQ Dipping Sauce
