The Original Chicken Sandwich and Chicken fries were not cooked thoroughly. They were mushy and not crispy at all. They left a lot to be desired

My chicken sandwich was not made the way i wanted it. It did not have cheese on it the I paid for. I tried to call the store but no answer. And my fries were cold.

Food was cold and the onion rings are very greasy. Took for ever for Burger King to get my food ready.
