• DoorDash orderWe ordered mozzarella sticks and they came in very obviously old or something because the cheese was brown and extremely hard. The other food was okay, but we were very disappointed about this.

• DoorDash orderIf I could put 0 stars I would. I haven't order from Burger King in Springfield in about 2 years. Mainly because of poor quality. When you go in and see the people behind the counter it makes so much sense. They need to fire everyone that works at this location.
