Great burger. Good sized patty. The caramelized onions are delicious

The burger was okay, but very small for you're paying. The fries and onion rings were not good; the fries were stale and cold and the onion rings were all burnt. You get a tiny cup of sauce which will only be enough for a couple of fries. So disppointing, considering the good reviews.

Normally Burger Lounge is great but this time my burger arrived totally burnt and I only received a $5 refund - for an $11 burger that is burnt! Just not worth the price.

The 50/50 onion rings and fries is more like 85/15. If you like onion rings order them. I only got 4!! Burger was ok, buns are tough.

Fellas, we loved the burgers and the food was nice and hot. However, it might be a learning experience to take a look at the photo you sent. As you can see, the food and chocolate shake were placed in front of a screen door that opens outward. Therefore, there was no way for me to get my food without knocking over both my food and the shake (which I did). I'm sure that it was a simple mistake but maybe give the customer at least a couple of inches to grab their meal. The shake was wonderful though... I'd like to try a whole one someday.
