Meat was really overcooked and onion rings and fries were soggy. I want to like this place so bad! Everyone raves about it, but honestly just taste like regular fast food to me

Burger lounge is always a 5 star for us but this time I ordered two kids meals and did not recieve the juice and ice cream for both meals so of course one of my boys was upset. Other than that it was great.

Love the concept but the food just didnt taste great. Meat was very hard. My family prefers other higher end burger shops.
