Food arrived fresh and hot. Burger was great and the chips were awesome, really nice seasoning on them! 5/5

Mozzarella sticks are thin not like the picture and weren't fully cooked. Chips were very nice. The seasoning used on them is yummy but could be used a bit more generously.
The Villain burger was overcooked, under seasoned and not tasty at all.

Burger and chips were room temp. Burger was dry and the chips tasted stale, it tasted as if it was all reheated. And using a picture of Grill'd Burgers as the store image is horribly misleading.

I think that’s the worst burger I’ve ever had. It was wet with grease but also really dry. Overall a deeply unpleasant experience.
