OMG! The ultimate ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER is awesome. I am a new customer. My new goto burger place. Dean Winchester burgers. Lol. It's simply awesome. The COLESLAW was too expensive for the size, but the burger made me look over that.

I ordered the ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER and the fries with chili + cheese. I ordered it at 4:13 and it arrived at 5:35. Most of that time was in prep; the delivery was actually pretty fast. The food arrived cold. The burger was one of the worst I ever had. The burger was overcooked, rubbery and tasteless. Also, there was no bacon at all. The fries arrived soggy and cold, with a little plastic cup of chili and another little plastic cup of cheese whiz. I heated them up in the microwave and they were OK, I guess, except that the fries were soft like re-heated fries usually are.

The fries were not cooked properly and most were still partially frozen and super greasy(disgusting) and the burger ..eww..dried out and just a mess of a burger..take my advice, don't order from here unless you want to throw your money away and be totally disgusted & disappointed at the same time.
